With more than 177.000 followers, Foodnewsgermany is Germany’s biggest social media account about new food & beverage products. I am helping companies & brands to promote their new products as a food- & news influencer since 2016 and I am an expert in local and worldwide food trends as I travel all over the world as a flight attendant. Together with her new colleague Julia, she has now set up the online platform foodnewsgermany.de that helps companies increase their brand and product awareness throughout the year.

Sebastian Graus is the head of creative and content at digital food platform Kitchen Stories. At Kitchen Stories, he leads a team of recipe developer, editors, video producers, designers and photographers to create food content that is consumed by millions both in Germany and internationally. With a background in both the hospitality industry and creative agencies, he combines his passions for food and creativity to get people all over the world to be more confident in the home kitchen with the help of engaging and helpful digital content.

As chairman of Balpro e.V., Fabio Ziemßen is committed to networking, dialogue and shaping in the segment of Alternative Protein Sources. The federal association was founded in 2019 and counts over 120 players from startups to established companies and venture capital entities. Since 2017, he is co-founder of the coworking space Super7000 GmbH in Düsseldorf and founder of the platform #Foodnext. In 2019, he was voted "Top40under40" by Capital magazine. At the beginning of 2020, he was awarded the title "Young Global Leader" by the World Economic Forum.
